The speculative suites at 3445 Peachtree are thoughtfully designed to position the building as a premier destination for future businesses seeking move-in-ready office spaces. Our goal was to create an environment that seamlessly blends modern luxury with functional simplicity, delivering a workplace that supports both current and evolving business needs.

We embraced a neutral palette to offer tenants a versatile canvas for personalization and branding upon move-in, while incorporating a variety of workspace types to accommodate diverse user preferences and work styles. The result is a timeless, sophisticated design that strikes the perfect balance between elegance and practicality—providing landlords with a compelling space that not only attracts tenants but inspires them to envision their future in the building.
